Exams should be held Online in Ram Eesh International School seeing the danger of covid 19

The Issue

This year the world has seen global danger from covid-19 pandemic as the disease spreads and kills hundreds of thousands of people either be infant, young children, teenagers, youth, adult or the old. FYI this virus spreads from one to another by any contact and is fatal in a lot of cases. The mortality rate is noticeably lower in children and teenagers. The School administration has decided to take the exams of 11th class offline rather than online showing great carelessness towards the safety of the examinees and the examiners as there are many students and teachers who come from areas with noticeable number of covid cases. The new virus strain is also known to have spread in India and it's number of cases have increased in a very short time span. The new covid strain is already in Delhi NCR and Noida and there is a very high possibility that the virus may spread into the examinees and examiners who might later on spread it in there family who would spread this to more people and there are many students who live with there grand parents and other old members of family and this virus ia fatal as well to remember and even the thought of offline exams to just be sure there is no cheating or misbehaviour done during online exams is not welcomed by those who have signed this petition. Also the parents and guardians would take measures for fair exams. As there is a grief danger towards the health and safety of our children our families and those whom we come in contact with we demand that the RIS Administration takes the exams in online way rather than offline or ensure the safety of each and every one who attends the premises on exam dates with affidavits so that in case of community spread of the virus the school takes the responsibility of the unlikely event. Also there are laws in our constitution which might help our case.

* Section 3 provides with the penalties for disobeying the regulations made by the government under section 2 and 2A. The punishment for such disobedience shall be the same as Section 188 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).

*Section 3 provides with the penalties for disobeying the regulations made by the government under section 2 and 2A. The punishment for such disobedience shall be the same as Section 188 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).

*Section 188 of IPC provides for minimum punishment of 1 month and maximum for 6 months and/ or fine of Rs.1000/- shall be meted out to the person who is in violation of the regulations/notification of the government.
