I need your help. The Planning Department at Torbay Council have issued us with a Planning Contravention Notice as this fence should only be 1metre. Somebody informed the Council on us. We were only following the line of the fence next door. We had a local reputable fence install the fence.The fence in question has been installed approximately 4 years old. It is a safety fence for Ralphie who has Severe Autism and he needs to be in a safe secure environment. He could scale a fence of 1 metre and abscond. I am submitting a petition to Torbay Council to appease to their better side and keep this fence in place. I provide Ralphie's respite care. He loves our garden, he loves nature. We have bird and a bat box, flowers that attract bee's and butterflies. He loves the freedom that this garden provides. Please let me know if you would sign our petition
