Retain warranty on EVs for reasonable & essential modifications

Retain warranty on EVs for reasonable & essential modifications
The Issue
The Adoption of Electric vehicles is directly dependent on Range(kms) on single charge, Charging Infrastructure along Highways, Upfront Cost, Warranty on the Battery Pack, and Warranty on the Car in general. Every single MG ZS EV Owner has flagged the poor quality headlights in 2019/2020/2021 model. Driving at night on highways, especially on the hills is tough with low quality 60Watt bulbs provided by OEM.
There are aftermarket HID and LED bulbs that use less wattage(55) and do not need modifications to the wiring. Just like replacing a bulb/CFL at home one can remove the bulb and replace it with HID bulb.
Unfortunately, all MG Service Centers across India have a stock response to this problem. "You can't change the bulb. Even we can't change the bulb. If you still change the bulb for better visibility, Warranty will be Void!" .
In essence, we have a problem. We have a solution to the problem. The obstacle to solve the problem is the hanging sword called "Warranty".
Problem statement: How to improve the Road Visibility of all ZS EVs (existing and new), while retaining the Car's Warranty.
Possible solutions: Allow after market modification. Service Center replaces assembly/bulb. Other creative possibilities.
Request Mr. Rajeev Chaba, MD MG Motors India, to help solve this problem.
