Raise the Prinz Eugen?

Raise the Prinz Eugen?
The Issue
History Buffs Around the world, I come to bring a Petition to Raise the Radiated Wreck of the Heavy Cruiser KM Prinz Eugen, The Largest German Shipwreck near the surface of the water Remaining.
KM Prinz Eugen {Later USS Prinz Eugen}, is an Admiral Hipper class heavy cruiser built by the Kreigmarine in the mid 1930s after Prince Eugen of Savoy, she fought with the KM Bismarck in the battle of Denmark Strait in 1941 and was part of the channel dash in February 1942, postwar she was given to the US as a war prize, and served in our navy until 1946, when she capsized following a pair of nuclear tests which weakened her Hull.
And now, I think it's time she be restored and put on display as the largest remaining axis surface vessel.
First step of her Restoration would be to Recover her hull and begin de-rusting & decontaminating the ship. For this, the US Government would be required to build a custom desalination pool which would also cover her, decontamination, stabilization, rust & concrete removal, as well as possible re-strengthening of her hull. Her Actual Restoration could begin once she is stabilized. I am unsure how long this entire process would take, but I think a fair estimate is around 30-45 years from recovery to the ability for people to take tours on board. With complete restoration possibly taking several decades.
This would be an extremely expensive project, which is why we would need support of the US Government from the get go. No matter what though once restored she would need to be displayed ashore, within a dry berth or possibly even incased partially in concrete like the IJN Mikasa as I have doubts in the Prinz Eugen ever being able to safely float on her own again despite the potential attempts to re-strengthen the hull. Another option possibly is that she could be preserved inside of the desalination pool built for her similarly to the state that the H.L. Hunley has been in since her recovery.
This is all just an idea though; I want to see how many people would actually want the Prinz Eugen lifted and "eventually" restored and put on display. Once I know from there will decide if it's worth asking the US Government or not since they are the ones protecting the site. I'm not even sure if she can be recovered in her current condition, but I would like to try and make that effort anyways.
