This is pennies thrown disdainfully into the hands of the industrious, of the deserving. This is the plight of countless families, not just my own.

Pennsylvania's minimum wage has been stagnating since 2009, while inflation and the cost of living have steadily increased. Eradicating this expanding financial chasm between the rich and the poor is key to providing a strong floor for all wage earners, ensuring families are elevated above the poverty line and given the chance to thrive, to live a life free of monetary shackles.
