Whether it’s students going to or from school, to your avarage Joe heading to do some shopping, the little path underneath the railroad ave overpass gets used a lot. So much so that I think it deserves its own crossing with warning lights and night time lighting inorder to make sure children and pedestrians don’t get hit by an incoming train.
