My name is Floyd Rushon. My fiancé is Marah Stroupe. She is TJ Mitchell’s cousin who is the father of Harper Mitchell. Harper sadly passed away on 4/19/2020 due to a tragic incident where she was injured by an individual brought into her life that was not family to her. Regardless of this man’s actions it is my thoughts that her mother Amanda Mitchell aka Amanda Poston is just as guilty of this act as the individual who did this to her child. She brought this man into her life and did not protect her child like a mother should. I want this petition to get enough signatures to show that we as a community believe that she is also guilty of this tragic incident. Although she may not have done this act physically she did bring this man into her life and decided to allow him to stay there after several incidents that showed his anger and also knew he did drugs. Her family also made a go fund me page where they put false information and she is trying to obtain money under false pretenses. It is my belief that she needs to be charged with both her daughters injuries and obtaining money under false pretenses. Please sign and share to everyone you know.
