Making the ISI helmet compulsory is a great initiative by the bangalore traffic police. But this is meant to crack down on substandard helmets. Helmets with DOT and ECE certifications are far more superior in safety, and should be allowed. The problem is simple and clear, and we find that banning these helmets are not for the betterment of the riding community in general.
