PHUTHADITJHABA Hall in , Free-State ,Qwa-Qwa has been vacant for over 10 years, with criminal elements and vandalism taking place at the historic building due to none maintenance. Qwa-Qwa is home to many artists who have no platform to share their art.

Qwakanda, a youth community development NPC based in Qwa-Qwa, would like to request the hand over of the hall to the youth of Qwa-Qwa, to renovate the building and turn it into a performance theatre to help build a sustainable and self reliant economy in Qwa-Qwa.

If the community comes together and donates from as little as R10 per month and invite public and private sector in and around Qwa-Qwa to contribute towards rebuilding the the vandalized the dream will be realized.

With enough signatures we can convince the Maluti A Phofung Municipality to see our vision and hand over the hall to the youth for renovation and youth employment through the arts and maintenance of the building.
