Veneno Para Hadas es una banda synth punk que surge en el 2020 en marco de la pandemia mundial. En ppio era un dúo con el  objetivo de mantenerse en marco de la virtualidad con la producción y distribución independiente de canciones y videos. 
Con el paso de los meses, la llegada de nuestro material a más público nos incentivó a empezar a tocar en vivo, y ahí comienza el trabajo de transferir todo este mundo estético y sonoro a una experiencia única -y teatral- en vivo, exorcizando años y años de ira e injusticia social en ruido, sangre y gritos.
Mas allá de que cada uno de sus integrantes posee diferentes backgrounds musicales, podríamos decir que la ppal influencia de la banda es el movimiento RIOT GRRRL de los 90s y todos los proyectos que se fueron generando a través del tiempo incentivados por esta ola artístico política en el mundo entero. Somos conscientes y responsables del acto político que implica ser una banda independiente en el contexto social y cultural en que nos encontramos.

Nosotrxs no somos parte de ninguna productora, ni tenemos manager. Todavía creemos en la autogestión por elección, y no como un medio para llegar a algo más. No somos una banda para divertirse, somos una banda que nace desde el enojo, y con nuestra música buscamos llegar a otrxs como nosotrxs, que esten disconformes y se animen a hacer algo al respecto.

Bikini Kill y todo lo que se generó a partir de la irrupción de la banda en la escena de los 90s es el germen de la creación de este proyecto. Todo por lo que ellas lucharon en los 90s es moneda corriente en Argentina con el avance de la ultraderecha y nosotras seguimos luchando por no perderlos derechos ganados, gracias a estas artistas que nos empujaron a gritar, a escribir, a componer, a quejarnos en voz alta.

Abrir para Bikini Kill sería la confirmación de que todo lo que su música generó en la industria sigue siendo viable. Que podemos llegar a compartir nuestra música y nuestro show con nuestras mentoras a modo de regalo, en agradecimiento por lo que hicieron y siguen haciendo por todas nosotras.

Veneno para hadas is a  synth punk band that emerged in 2020 at pandemic times. Its was a duo at the beggining, with the objective of staying on virtuality within independent production and distribution of our songs and videos .
Through a few months, the arrival of our material to more public encourage us to start playing live. And this is when our work starts to transfer all this esthetic and sonorous world into an unique and theatrical experience  live, exorcising years and years of anger and social injustice into blood, noise and screams.
Beyond each member's musical background, we could say that the main influence of the band is the RIOT GRRL movement of the 90s and all projects generated by this politic- artistic movement in the whole world. We are aware and responsible for the political act that being and independent band implies at this social and cultural present.
 We are not part of any production company or  have any manager. We still believe on self management by choice and not as means for getting somewhere else.

We are not a band for having fun, we were born in anger and we try to get to others who are like us, who are dissatisfied and cheers to do something about it.

All the things generated by the irruption of Bikini Kill in the 90s escene, made us create this project. All about their fight in the 90s is the current coin in Argentina, with the advance of far-right politics at the moment. We are still fighting for not losing our earned rights, thanks to these artists who encouraged us to shout, write and compose at loud.

Opening the show for Bikini Kill will be the confirmation that all their music generated in the industry, are still viable; that we can share our music and our show with our mentors as a gift, in a thankful way for all they've done and still doing for all of us.
