DJC Property Management currently manages the Hinxhill Park (Ashford) Development under the guise of Bellway Homes. As part of the Landlord contract with Bellway Homes, the property management company has provided all tenants of the development with an Annual Service Charge for their services, the breakdown of which mainly covers services for apartment complexes. Additionally, these service charges seem extortionate and arbitrary, with most services not applicable to the majority of tenants, without considering the various House types across the scheme.

Our tenants intend to form a Landlord Tenants Association and will elect a representative to request an audit into DJC along with a notice to change the property management company. With your help and support we will be able to contract a better suited property management team which will effectively manage the communal spaces at a considerably lower cost point than our present one.
