I have seen many different flavors of cereal at the store. Most notably Cap’n Crunch. Regular Cap’n  Crunch, Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch, Oops All Berries Cap’n Crunch. Then I saw a flavor I never thought I’d see. Chocolate Caramel Cap’n Crunch. So I’m making a plea to Quaker Oats who is owned by PepsiCo and is watched over by                Ramon L Laguarta, Segun Agbaje, Shona L Brown, Cesar Conde, Ian Cook and Edith W Cooper. 

For those of us that love nostalgia we get excited every Halloween because we know that Count Chocula and Boo Berry are going to make an appearance. I even get excited around Christmas time for egg nog. 

Dodge felt that nostalgia and brought back the Dodge Challenger (and when they did they found that it was outselling the Mustang because of nostalgia) Chevrolet brought back the Camero and Ford brought back the Bronco. Why? Because us (the Gen X’ers) we remember those years of late 60’s to early 80’s. Three hours of cartoons eating bowls of cereals like Cinnamon Cap’n Crunch. Then going outside playing games with our friends

So why is it that Quaker Oats Company (PepsiCo) can’t appease to our nostalgia and bring back Cinnamon Cap’n Crunch with Jean LaFoote leading the way looking for that special recipe of Cap’n Crunch. 

Quaker Oats Company (PepsiCo) we’re pleading bring back Cinnamon Crunch for a limited time and limit the production run to three months. See how well it fares. Are there enough of us Gen Xers that still remembers this great cereal. If after the run and most of the boxes don’t sell. Then we now know that our memories are bad. But what if…. You sell all of the run faster than you can make it then there you go. We love nostalgia. Could you at least try it once before putting out flavors like chocolate caramel?
