Medical Marijuana has been available to Pennsylvanian residents with serious medical conditions since February 15th, 2018. Recently the PA Department of Health had a Medical Marijuana advisory meeting and the Director of the PA Medical Marijuana Program stated that patients should DEMAND for the price gouging and high prices to stop and for prices to lower! I'm making this petition on behalf of all the Medical Marijuana patients in our state that struggle to afford their life saving medicine due to the price gouging that has been going on in this program. If this trend continues the price gouging will never end and patients who desperately need this life saving medicine may not be able to afford it. When you charge high prices for Medical Marijuana of various qualities you are forcing patients to leave the program and find other avenues to medicate! Potentially even the black market! I think everyone could agree with me today that lowering prices and stopping the price gouging will not only benefit the patients but the Dispensaries and various Growers in this state! Restore faith and trust of the many patients that are in this program that are hurting from the very high prices and mistrust!

We demand a price decrease on all products program wide!
