My 12 year-old daughter and her 10 yr old sister was forced into an unthinkable situation — statutory rape that led to an abortion.Pursuing charges against Anya Rice/Davenport and Austin Rinella are alleged to be responsible for this heinous act which has left my family scarred. So please tell judge Wallace of Franklin County Circuit Court this is unacceptable; please tell Abby dinn the state's attorney this is unacceptable. And ask them why has no one been charged. And if the mother is denying the father the ability to see his child and coaching his child to the point where she won't press charges why is the child still in her custody?

 The alleged culprits, Anya Rice and Austin Rinella, were not just acquainted with my daughter but were individuals that groomed raped and tormented children.
