I, a passionate advocate for my beloved city, have found my heart aching at the sight of river walk. This beloved local landmark can sparkle with clean and clear water, but is marred by pollution and filth. However, I believe that together, we can show the beauty of our river walk. 

Pollution doesn't just affect the aesthetic of our river walk but also poses a serious threat to the local ecosystem. A report by The Ecological Society states that pollution can disastrously affect everything from the water quality to the wildlife that depends on these waters (The Ecological Society, 2021).

Our river walk is not just a popular spot for locals but also a significant tourist attraction, contributing to the charm and attraction of our city. Its current state doesn't reflect the pride we take in our home.

Charities like WaterAid and local organizations have demonstrated that polluted waters can be cleaned, and life can be brought back to these waters. Similar initiatives can be facilitated for our river walk.
