Adjust our letter grade for this course

Adjust our letter grade for this course
The Issue
Dr. Jay Gore has made ME 525 unnecessarily challenging Spring of 2015.
1. Challenge to get accommodations for test scheduling. When my proctor had last minute travel arrangements, he imposed me taking the exam early instead of after my proctor returned. Another coworker was told to take the exam 1 week early when he had scheduled travel.
2. Tests that actually do not even test the course materials. The final exam did not require any knowledge of combustion or typically any of his exams even. It required understanding of how to integrate partial differential equations.
3. Classroom instruction did not aid with coursework. The lectures did not actually help in solving any homework or learning any of the materials. Eventually, I concluded that the lectures were a waste of time because he was more concerned about a negative sign in an equation rather than actually helping us understand then apply the theory.
4. Standards were not clear. At the beginning of the semester, he did not explain the weight of our final project. He eventually gave us a grade break down, but he selected the grade breakdown after the final exam. The percentage of weight on the final project and homework had very little effect on our final grade.
5. He asked for us to create a homework question on our final report which is unethical at best. The intent behind his request for a homework question does not matter. This question can be used for future classes and coursework. This is unethical in that we or our companies are paying for this class. Coursework material is paid for. If we were working for him and told us to this, this would be completely ethical. However, we are literally in the opposite situation. On top of the issue, he told us on the day of the final exam to solve the homework problem for the Final Report.
6. He changed final project requirements throughout the semester. This is poor planning. This happens in real life when it comes to actual work. Requirements change. We get that. But after the last week of classes and past the final exam is beyond the scope of the course.
7. He wanted a draft submission of our final reports, and gave himself and his staff an excuse claiming that "Eight working hours have elapsed since the submission deadline." However, we received feedback the day of the Final Exam. He is willing to give himself and his teaching staff accommodations but not the students. Which is a travesty in that the students are paying for the course. His teaching staff is receiving pay to provide less than acceptable support for the course.
We would like a grade letter improvement for this course as this course is preventing several from graduating this semester. We are also doing this petition to help future students as well.
