This petition is being signed to provide justice to 2.8 year old girl Dilrose kaur from Ludhiana City, Punjab who was brutally killed by her neighbour aunt Neelam, as a revenge from her parents. 

Dilrose was buried alive in the broad day light by Neelam who used to live in the adjacent house. Dilrose was taken away on a scooty by Neelam(Dilrose called her bua) on the pretext of buying her chocolate. Innocent Dilrose went with Neelam, who took her to an abandoned plot and hit her on her head with an object and then mercilessly buried her alive after filling her mouth, eyes and ears with mud/cement. 

Little Dilrose was taken out by Ludhiana Police and was rushed to DMC hospital where she was declared dead.  Her parents are in a state of shock and her mother is dying every second thinking of her innocent daughter's suffering. 

Please, sign this petition and provide justice to our Dilrose. Let's unite to appeal to the government of Punjab to hang Neelam until dead.  She has no right to live.
