A 20 year old South Korean man has been arrested for killing and abusing 76 cats that he found on the streets and adopted them from online sites. It started when some cats scratched his car. He was sentenced to 14 months in jail but however, the sentence is too lenient for that despicable monster to learn his lesson so me and my friend came with a better consequence which is to sentence him to 10 years in prison and make him have 6 strokes of the cane for what he did to the 76 cats.
