Hello! If you like publix's bakery, then you may have tried one of their bar cakes. They have carrot bar cakes, velvet, caramel etc... But what you may have not noticed is a chocolate, cream-cheese based bar cake. Well, they've actually made that kind of dessert for a while. Then they stopped. Image a chocolate cake with a delicious white creme-cheese layer in the middle and to top off the cake with a delicious chocolate frosting and a cherry on top. That was the "Icebox Cheesecake". Last week when I contacted Publix about this dessert, they said Publix discontinued the product. Literally the only chocolate cheesecake they offered and only dessert me and a lot of fellow friends I know enjoyed. If you enjoyed this cake, then you know what I am talking about. I am starting this petition to hopefully make Publix aware of how popular this dessert is and to continue making more of this product in their stores.
