As per the Public Employees Federation’s (PEF) Legislative Director, Patrick Lyons, we are writing you to request a 25 and out pension plan for Parole Officers at PEF’s annual convention this year.  

We recommend retirement eligibility at 25 years of service at any age at 55% of a Parole Officer’s final average salary (FAS). If a Parole Officer decides to work 30 years of service, then they should be eligible for 60% of their final average salary (FAS) during retirement at any age.
