Demand for Action from the PSBA - Manila Administration

Demand for Action from the PSBA - Manila Administration
The Issue
In light of the recent pandemic that has led to a Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine, classes were suspended and learning has been interrupted for the students of Philippine School of Business Administration. The conditions we face right now serve as a basis to say that the present is not a conducive time to self-study, as if there isn't ongoing health and economic crisis in our country. The current admin of the school has not also advised any possible remedy for the current situation and online classes has been done based on professor's prerogative. This leaves many students anxious as they face uncertainties in a considerably troubling time.
This petition aims to get the attention of the school administration to release a statement regarding the contingent measures they have to ease the anxiety that many students are facing right now.
As of writing, Sampaloc already has 85 confirmed, 72 probable and 18 suspected cases. Even if the ECQ is lifted by April 30, students and professors alike would be put at risk if we resume classes as usual.
We understand that mass promotion may not be a possibility especially for BS Accountancy students, but we implore the admin to release a statement to help us cope with our apprehensions especially since the ECQ is not guaranteed to end on April 30, 2020.
