The homelessness problem in Lowell, MA is increasing everyday. Families, Adults, Children, etc. are out on the streets no matter the season/weather. They have to be outside in temperatures that are unbearable. In rain, heat, lightning, thunder, and even snow they have to be outside without sometimes any warmth or coverage. 

If different living centers in Lowell, MA had more funding they could provide more resources to homeless people living on the street. We need to solve this issue now. If we don't act now the homelessness population in Lowell, MA is going to increase. We may not be able to help solve the problem unless we try now. We, as citizens of Lowell, have the ability to solve this issue. I am asking for more funding from the Lowell, MA and the Massachusetts state government to go to the homeless centers in Lowell/throughout Massachusetts.
