Newlane Football Club has proudly provided opportunities for the community to participate in sports for several years now. 

However, we are experiencing a significant obstacle - the Senior Female Team do not have access to basic bathroom and toilet facilities in their home ground (Ballyowen Park). 

Many of our players are travelling long distances to the ground, and have to go without facilities for hours. 

We have been refused the option of hiring these portable facilities at a cost to ourselves, and so we are at a loss.

This not only affects the team's performance, but also hampers the dignity and respect accorded to female athletes. Failing to provide these basic amenities falls short of the standards expected from sports facilities. It's time to ensure equality and dignity for all members of our sporting community.
