Every year, as parents, we face the financial burden of paying the re-enrolment fee for our children, in addition to a continuously increasing tuition fee. This fee currently stands at $2000, matching the initial enrollment fee charged when a child first enrolls. While it makes sense to pay an amount like this for initial enrollment, the same substantial fee feels unjustified for re-enrollment, which simply secures a place for an existing student.

The education of our children is a top priority, but the growing costs make it challenging for families to manage. Many parents in our community are growing concerned about these increasing financial pressures, especially without understanding exactly how the re-enrolment fees are used by the school.

We are asking for two specific and reasonable actions: a reduction in the re-enrolment fee to a more nominal amount that aligns with the administrative costs of re-enrollment, and a transparent breakdown of how our fees are allocated and utilized. Many schools have made strides in engaging more transparently with their communities regarding financial matters, and we believe our school can lead by example.

Not only would these changes make re-enrollment more financially accessible, but they would also strengthen the trust between parents and the school administration, ensuring an open and cooperative educational environment.
