As a student at LE i feel it makes all of us feel unsafe to be forced in the morning to go through metal detectors and screenings, as a senior student i feel it makes our lower class-men feel that they are not safe within the walls of their own school system. Another reason for this being a terrible idea is most of our bus riders are losing their morning social time and being forced to grab breakfast and just go to class, if it continues like this most of us will feel as we didn't get that free moment we needed. As the representative of this petition….either make the metal detectors have more efficiency to them such as “opening the doors in the morning earlier or find ways to give us more morning time such as cutting ssr out completely, last option just get rid of them.
