Protect the Right to Protest in Boston from Federal Crackdowns

Protect the Right to Protest in Boston from Federal Crackdowns
The Issue
After ICE raids and National Guard deployments in Los Angeles, fear is spreading across the country—including here in Massachusetts. That’s why people are rallying in Boston to say one thing loud and clear: our voices will not be silenced.
The images from L.A. are chilling. Peaceful protesters detained. Troops deployed without consent. Families torn apart by immigration raids. This is not safety—it’s escalation.
We refuse to let this become Boston’s reality.
Local organizers are calling on Governor Healey to keep federal troops and ICE out of our neighborhoods. They’re demanding that Attorney General Andrea Campbell investigate ICE’s tactics, and that all protest arrests in L.A. be condemned and reversed.
The freedom to gather, speak out, and demand justice is not optional. It is fundamental. No one should fear being detained for marching. No one should be targeted for their immigration status.
Add your name if you believe Boston must protect the right to protest and take a stand against federal abuse of power.
