Through these trials, we have strengthened our resilience, but we couldn't have done it alone. Amber and Erika, our dedicated case managers, have been the backbone of our community. They provide support, guidance, and a sense of stability that many of us have relied on to rebuild our lives.

Unfortunately, Switchpoint, the organization overseeing our community, has made the unsettling decision to replace them. This decision threatens the very fabric of our support system.
