On March 31st, 2026, Trump's "God Squad" ruled that Oil and Gas companies in the Gulf of Mexico are exempt from the Endangered Species Act. This is especially detrimental for the environment and critically endangered species. The Rice Whales exclusively reside in the Gulf where approximately 50 remain. Additionally, the Kemp's Ridley sea turtle nest exclusively in the Gulf of Mexico and are on the critically endangered list.

This is a petition for Congress to reverse the "God Squad's" ruling regarding the Endangered Species Act in the Gulf of Mexico to protect endangered species.
