Loving live performance! Few performers pay songwriters, I am a songwriter who develops years of my life to honing my craft. Google can hear everything I am creating. We were in court to confirm the digital tech methods enabling my contract terms to be trampled.

I was carrying networks profits, radio host spending churning millions of dollars in Industry revenue, living in cramped housing raising my son. Since age 17, discography FiammaK  encompasses + 200 songs. Once executives moved next door, industry big wigs were on our door step marrying me off. Mainstream acts result in success, yes for Beiber who we still love, Florence Welch and Cold play plus 37 others. I wrote the melody, rhythm, lyric, tempo and character for top tier performance which is something to feel a sense of pride about.

The Music Industry is not safe. The media will vie for contention, even if someone gets hurt. The media promote unauthorised performers. Receiving AUD$10-150k bonuses to ask no questions. The smiles are part of the deal. So do Universities support The Arts? 

You have learnt of SONY's management restructure. Yet, the bookings kept happening Splendor in the Grass, Glastonbury, AMA's and ARIA's. Developing our artistic voice and sound takes time and rigorous effort. Artists have skills to bring diverse artistic compositions together. Unfortunately, some performers take shortcuts and utilize the hard work of others to gain recognition and property deeds. Think about the mansions, parties and marketing of today's mainstream performers. The worst predicament in violation of the songwriter's rights. While singing about empowering women, mothers and fathers with newborn babies struck by gangster culture. 

A 7 year window exists, to file a court case. So what happens when the media, work with Doctors prepared to medically gaslight someone. Invented DUI's, invented mental afflictions. It's like Doctors are saying would you take your medication while we assist in a fraud racket. Scaring songwriters into silence, and it has worked. So to hear about a number of incidental suicides following reputational damage, signals embezzlement.  All you need is love? How rich given the net worth of the Pop group who said this. Just saying. 

SONY and other corporations have been accused of releasing illegal recordings, hampering the ability of artists to control their own creations, to receive primary income for their artistic work. ARIA do not recognises the effort of songwriters unless they have backing from a top-tier distributor. Only the performer. There exists a loophole exploited by media networks, who take advantage of the vulnerability of works still in development through what is labelled as 'investigative reporting.Here is where collection occurs. Securing contention is the medias bread and butter. Not good practice. This is an assault on the creative industry and their efforts as well as a severe security risk for songwriters who are legal license owners. Regarding threats, heckling, poor levels of financial health, low marital security increased exposure to corrosive stress and suicidal thoughts. The cases of artists being targeted has increased due to rogue media practices handing out songwriter addresses. Scandal endanger police and artists' safety and discourages family health, creativity and originality. 

We need to strengthen the rights of songwriters to create a safe environment for them to convey their voices. Asserting their control over their works, and preventing unauthorised releases by corporations is a fundamental step towards justice and prompt court action. After all, every song written is a piece of the songwriter's soul, and to have that pilfered is devastating.

Boycott mainstream radio  Friday 28 May 2025  and media streaming, awards and colleges until they add writers back to their work and support livelihoods long term. Walk with your family, talk to each other without the radio, switch off and connect one to one.

Sign this petition to demand stronger protections for songwriters, allowing them to have full control of their artistic creations, to be paid for Grammy winning songs and ensure their safety. Prevent illegally fast-tracked productions and end the violation of creative efforts.
