The Issue 

This is the portion of Sierra Madre in Isabela, Philippines showing a huge landslide and was captured last May 28, 2022. We care about the Sierra Madre because it is the backbone of Luzon as it serves as nature’s shield or barrier against typhoon and storm surges in Northern Luzon.

Due to lack of attention, the erosion of the mountain keeps on getting bigger and it is alarming and disturbing to the people near the mountain because it can affect their way of living.

The fast widening of mountain's erosion could be prevented if we all participate in giving and paying attention in raising awareness about what is happening in our mountains specially to our beloved Sierra Madre.
