Petition to Ban Kratom in Idaho

Kratom products are marketed as "natural" supplements, misleading consumers about their risks and addictive potential.

What We Demand:

We urge the Idaho State Legislature to:

*Introduce and pass legislation banning Kratom in Idaho.

*Prohibit the sale, distribution, and possession of Kratom and its derivatives.

*Enforce penalties for violations to prevent illegal sales.

*Raise public awareness about the risks of Kratom use.
