With the exception of Mr. Silver, they are also exploiting and trafficking you men for sex some under the age of 15. (Calling for the resignation of Mr. Silver because the NBA is aware, and no action has been taken. They are all employees of the NBA 24 hours 7 days a week, the NBA should take accountability.

They use the advocate approach, gain access to the SS#, birth certificate, telling them they will help get SSI/Disability started for them because of their debilitating condition. In the process they the produce fake power of attorney documents or conservatorship, opening bank accounts, create living wills and advance directives. Which allows them to become signer on the induvial bank account. All the while the individual won’t know about the conservatorship nor the bank account.  They will keep the person warm by giving them update and saying the SSI hasn't been approved, in hope to lose the person in the process, most end up homeless and in the system. Once the case is approved, they typically come with back payments totaling anywhere from $21,000 -$100,000 depending on the time for approval.  Example the average SSI payment in the US is $1, 767.03 per month, which is $21,204.36 if there is a delay in approval for 5 year the payout is $106021.80 if they are scamming 40 individuals the in excess of $4.2 million, which is divided between the conspirators. The 4.2 million is back payment while they still receive the single monthly payments.

2.    Invasion of privacy.

1.    They also have a method to skimming which they use a stolen piece of DOD equipment, taken from the military normal use for spying and have the ability to listen with in a 50-100-mile radius. They use this in the identity thief ring.
