Lee County has now issued a SECOND Stop Work Order tied to the industrial fabrication operation being run at 17751 Nalle Rd.
And yet… the welding trucks still show up. The grinding still happens. The cutting still happens. The industrial activity continues in the middle of an AG-2 neighborhood where families are supposed to have peace and quiet — not live next to a fabrication yard.
Let’s make something very clear because the narrative coming from the other side has become completely dishonest:
This was NEVER about personal attacks.
We never went online attacking Susan Blackwell or her son. We never started a smear campaign. We reported what we believed to be unlawful industrial activity to Lee County, documented what was happening, and followed the legal process.
That’s it.
Meanwhile, since the very first complaint was filed, we have dealt with repeated intimidation tactics that have been documented:
- Workers tailgating our vehicles
- Trucks pulling into our driveway at night
- Lights aimed onto our property
- Aggressive behavior toward my wife and I
- Ongoing attempts to intimidate us into silence (it doesn't work)
We are not backing down.
This is not “neighbor drama.” This is a family trying to protect their home, their peace of mind, and their investment at 17601 Nalle Rd.
Nobody buys property in an AG-2 area expecting to live next to an industrial welding and fabrication operation. Absolutely nobody.
And regarding the constant “Christian neighbor” comments being thrown around publicly:
Last year, my wife and I showed Susan an app we built to help people study the Bible and grow in their faith. That app now serves thousands of people around the world.
But faith has nothing to do with whether industrial fabrication businesses should be operating illegally in AG-2 zoning.
Christianity is not about intimidation.
It is not about harassment.
And “karma” or public profanity is not a Christian principle no matter how many times it gets posted online.
At the end of the day, this is simple:
Lee County issued TWO Stop Work Orders.
The operation continues.
The surrounding neighbors continue suffering the consequences.
We will continue documenting everything and pursuing every lawful avenue available until peace is restored in this neighborhood.
