Neighbors and supporters,

Here's where things stand, straight from Lee County's public Code Enforcement records (Accela Citizen Access).

Five violations are currently open with hearings scheduled at 17751 Nalle Rd:

VIO2026-01180 — the big one. Lee County's own case description states the violation as: "Permitted Use – Operating a business registered as ALL FLORIDA INDUSTRIAL FABRICATION, INC., STRUCTURES DESIGN & CONSULTING, INC. (classified as Fabricated Metal Products Manufacturing pursuant to LDC Section 34-622(c)(14)), including open storage of shipping containers, industrial material, equipment, commercial vehicles, and trailers on AG-2 zoned property." County records also show this case is under a Stop Work Order/Hold condition.
VIO2026-01176 — Shed without a permit
VIO2026-01177 — Accessory structure roof over addition without a permit
VIO2026-01178 — Accessory structure (southwest corner) without a permit
VIO2026-01179 — Accessory structure without a permit
These are in addition to multiple prior cases at the same address that have already gone through the Hearing Examiner process (HEX2026-00857, HEX2026-00850, HEX2026-00854, HEX2025-01243, per county records).

The Hearing Examiner hearing is now scheduled for August 11 at 9:00 AM. We encourage everyone to mark the date — but we'd also caution supporters to temper expectations. Per county records, hearings in these matters have been continued or rescheduled multiple times since December 2025, and the business has continued operating during that time. We hope August 11 proceeds as scheduled.

We continue to document what we observe. Neighbors are collecting dated photos, videos, and written observations of ongoing industrial fabrication activity at the property. In our view, what we're seeing is not consistent with AG-2 agricultural zoning — and Lee County's own violation records reflect the same concern. We'll keep submitting this evidence to Code Enforcement.

To be clear about what this petition is — and isn't. The families on Nalle Road aren't against anyone earning a living. We simply want to enjoy the quiet, rural properties we invested in, under the zoning rules everyone agreed to when they bought here. We genuinely encourage the property owners to relocate their fabrication business to properly zoned land, where it can operate legally and without conflict. There are options nearby right now:

Industrial land for sale in the Fort Myers area: https://www.loopnet.com/search/industrial-land/fort-myers-fl/for-sale/
Commercial land in North Fort Myers: https://www.loopnet.com/search/commercial-land/north-fort-myers-fl/for-sale/
Additional North Fort Myers land listings: https://www.crexi.com/properties/FL/North_Fort_Myers/Land
Industrial space in this market leases for as little as ~$12.50–$13.95/SF/year — relocating is realistic and available.

Thank you for standing with us. If you haven't shared the petition yet, now is the time — the more of our community that shows up (or writes in) before August 11, the better.

All case information above is drawn from Lee County's public Code Enforcement records and is accurate as of July 16, 2026. Anyone can verify these records at Lee County's Accela Citizen Access portal.
