A pitbull on my street is attacking/ killing other dogs, and it's owners are doing nothing to stop it. This pitbull attacked my black lab last summer landing him on pain meds and antibiotics, along with other dogs on my street. Today he viciously killed my neighbor's Shih Tzu while on a walk. I am terrified for my children and pets, so terrified that we can't even walk down their end of the street. The Lucas County Dog Warden says that they "legally cannot take the pit bull". We need to take action to ensure the safety of our pets and community members in Toledo, OH. Aggressive behavior from this pitbull poses a serious threat, and it is crucial that we address this issue before more harm occurs.
