WPSU radio did a story about Old Crow wetland and the threat of a truck stop being built next to it.  It describes the birds and other wildlife and the value of the place pretty well.

The PA Dept of Environmental Protection sent Rutters a "technical deficiency" letter, and Rutters has until September 12 to respond to all the things that DEP found wrong with their permit application.
