Just last week we did a little researching on the assets that were transferred under the title of IAWAI in March this year. What we discovered was that the entity now accountable for the location of the SWWTP is now IAWAI and not Hamilton city council. So what we then had to do, was create another petition addressed to IAWAI, but also with Hamilton city council mentioned because they were the ones that initiated the project and against our will in 2024.
