For over 14 years, I have endured systemic failures, neglect, and mistreatment that have severely impacted my life as a neurodivergent individual. Institutions responsible for providing education, mental health care, and protection failed to uphold their duties, leading to prolonged distress and harm.

I am calling for justice and urgent reforms to ensure that others do not suffer the same injustices I have faced. This petition seeks to hold institutions accountable, push for policy changes, and demand fair treatment for neurodivergent and mental health communities in the UK.

Multiple institutions failed in their duty of care, resulting in violations of human rights protections, disability rights, and educational safeguarding laws.
