We, the undersigned voters, tax payers, construction professionals, material merchants and tradesman of Coffee County, Tennessee, respectfully ask the members of the Coffee County Commission to reject the changes in our zoning regulations proposed by the county planning commission and referred to as the 180-day moratorium and proposed subdivision zoning ordinance amendments.  These changes would deny land owners the freedom to use their real property in a manner that reflects its highest and best value.

These actions do not reflect the values of our community in Coffee County, the State of Tennessee or the United States.
