Why and how to reform 

1. Give children books and lessons about colonizers and how they raped, stole, killed, lied, kidnapped,  and were war mongers and savages 
2. Once a month during a mental health hour students will be taught about rapist and pedophiles and how to stay safe
3. Students or staff found using AI for their work will be suspended for a minimum of a month. AI is used to lie and make pornography of non consenting people some of which are children.
4. The dress code is unfairly skewed against women and is sexist. There should be nothing sexual about a child’s body. I see to many boys sagging their pants but teachers only care about women’s stomachs and shoulders showing. There’s nothing wrong about shoulders and stomachs but what is wrong is those children having their boxers out at school.
5. Queer and transgender students are picked on unreasonably. We must provide education about them so that they may live a normal life without being harassed and bullied.
6. Counselors should be equipped to handle gender dysphoria and body dysmorphia
7. Gender and Sex are not the same thing. Gender is a social construct while Sex is biological 
8. Some staff may have pedophilic intentions with students we must check criminal history and if they were previously employed why the are not employed there anymore.
9. Students will be given an hour of mental health education once a month. This will be used to enforce reforms such as 2,4,5,6,7,20,22,23. Children will get into groups of 7 be given a lesson then discuss their feelings on the matter and how it affects them. This will be held on the 15th of every month excluding May and August. 
10. Students with different cultural backgrounds get bullied for their food. The school lunches are also not healthy enough because the child obesity rate is still high. We must have a diversified menu for our children

13. When our oceans are full of plastic and our streets are full of trash there will be no hope. Recycling now will create a better future later.
14. Eco friendly architecture and a school garden will be installed. Plants in the school garden will be of use to the staff and students. They will have edible plant species such as fruits, vegetables and grains. As well as pollinator attractors and native tree species. Natural pesticides will be used on these plants. Small ponds, artificial streams, and vernal pools will be introduced. They will not only be used to help wildlife but also provide lessons for students on ecology, biology, and the water cycle. Fish such as mosquito fish a Florida native will also be inhabiting these waters because students are less likely too litter if they see life. Bat boxes, frog hotels, bee bricks, insect hotels, will encourage biodiversity and help the local environment. Solar panels will provide shade to cars and water wheels will spin with the streams. Student and staff will be required to eradicate any invasive species found taking refuge.
15. Many students find it hard to speak out against their bullies. Report boxes in hallways won’t involve speaking. A student will write down what happened , who saw it, when it happened, and where it happened. The staff will then check cameras and see if it did. If it did indeed happen then the bully will be punished. 
    
    
16. A student council and student president will be a great way to bridge the gap between students and staff. A student president would be elected by the students. Student candidates must meet the following requirements: 3.5 GPA or higher, above a 4th grade level, and above a 3 on FAST test. Student candidates will have a month to campaign at the start of the semester. Once elected student president will be student president for the rest of the semester. Student council members will have the same requirements as the student president. Student council members will be representing an academic course as well as electives. Student council candidates will be chosen by the student president. Student council members will inform the student president of problems happening in their specific field such as lack of proper education or the improper management of tools. The student president will then negotiate policies to fix these issues with the staff. A student vice president will also be chosen by the student president. The student vice president will aid the student president will problems in wording and negotiations as well as problems that don’t concern just a particular course but a group of people not defined by a course.   
17. Staff of schools need more pay because they are teaching our future generations. There is no reason a teacher shouldn’t be paid as much as an officer. They are equally important to our society.

The state of Florida is famous for banning books.  New regulations for banning books are as follows: Book must not contain swear words, Book must not contain any pornography, Book must not encourage discrimination off minority groups. These regulations are simple. A separate section for religious text in libraries will be introduced to allow religious students to read their text. This Religious book section is will include the New Testament Bible, the Quran, the Torah, Pagan text, The 4 Vedas, All Buddhist texts, and other sacred text. These text will remain in the library and will not be forced onto children.
19. The student newspaper will be an unbiased source for students to children learn about politics and scientific developments. The scientific section will include news about: Astronomy, Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Paleontology, Archaeology, Phycology, and Medicine. The politics section will include a section called “America now” which will detail what’s happening with elections, the White House, new bills, protest, tragedies and other news in America. Another politics section will be called “Wars” which will detail how wars are going around the world. The third section will be called “The world” detailing what’s happening politically in another countries. The student newspaper will be published every 2 weeks. 
20. Women and girls are treated like lesser by society. Being told things such as “boys will be boys” and “he hurt you because he liked you”. These sayings are extremely common which is unfortunate because they hurt children and poison their minds. Unruly children must be punished no matter what they are. 
    
    
    
21. Children do not care about the cleanliness of the school. You should encourage them however you can to be cleaner.
22. some students and staff are not cisgender and that’s ok. We need to respect them. For non-binary staff is Mx instead of Ms or Mr. For example Mx. Hernandez. And for the students make sure you use their preferred pronouns.
23. Many people do things that are accidentally racist. Apart of staff training will be teaching them what is and isn’t racist and student will be taught that as well.
24. We don’t need our students high at schools. Drug sniffing dogs will be used twice a week.
25. Many people feel they are thrown into the world unprepared. Teaching students about paying taxes, paying rent, student loan debt, mortgages, and a basic understanding of economics will help with this issue.
26. Women go through their periods once a month it would be right to accommodate them by having dispensaries for pads and tampons in bathrooms for women.
27. An organization called M.A.I.S.P.P or the Minority and immigrant students protection program will work diligently to make sure minority and immigrant students are safe. The minority branch will consist of 3 separate branches: the Colored and Ethnic branch, the LGBTQ2+ branch, and the women’s branch. The immigrant branch will consist of 5 smaller branches as well: the North American branch, the South American branch, The African branch, The Eurasian branch, and the Oceanic branch. The Immigration branch will work to teach immigrant children how to speak English. Student who are not immigrants may also learn from immigrant students how to speak other languages. The minority branch will work to protect minority children from racist, homophobes, sexist, misogynist, transphobes, antisemites, xenophobes, or any other kinds of prejudice. The minority branch will carry out reforms 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,15, and 23.
28. Many people are confused about evolution. Evolution is not a monkey deciding to be a human. Evolution is the diversification of genetic material overtime. Students must be taught the proper scientific processes that behind the formation of our universe, galaxy, solar system, and Planets and moons.
29. Only 43% of homes in America actively recycle. In 2008 Florida set a goal to recycle 75% of its trash. Schools recycling 100% of recyclable trash would help allot with that number. Make our state greener and cleaner.
30. Did school teach you that slave skin boots and clothes were common during the Slavery or that some slave owners had slaves they would rape, sexually assault, and force to produce more children so that they could have more hands working? Did school teach you about the long walk of the Navajo or how Pocahontas was an underaged girl forced to marry an English man. Did school teach you that Colombus rewarded his men by kidnapping Taino girls and giving them to his men to Rape? Our nation was built on stolen land by people who were stolen from their land. Teach our children the truth.

We must educate the youth for a better future. A smarter future, A greener future, An accepting future.
