The Altos del Mar Park Conservancy Committee, on behalf of our neighbors and local park users, state the following in regard to Amendments PB23-0578 and PB23-0579 being presented to the City of Miami Beach Commission for approval: 

• We, the neighbors and users of the Altos del Mar Park, are against granting commercial zoning ,limited or otherwise, to the residential property at the southwest corner of the park.
• We, the neighbors and users of the Altos del Mar Park, are against any change in the zoning status of the park. This includes any overlay, whatever the impact.
