K'leigh was on vacation in Florida when in the early hours of July 12, 2020 she was walking in what they are calling a highway. She was intoxicated. She was struck by a vehicle who's driver had a blood alcohol level of .17 and had admittedly been drinking and smoking marijuana since the afternoon of the 11th. K'leigh lost her life on impact. 

They have decided that since K'leigh was intoxicated and in the road the driver was not responsible for her death. He will be charged with a DUI. This is devastating and not the justice she deserves.  

Please sign our petition to hold the driver accountable for her death. She paid the ultimate price for her wrong choices that night and all we want is him to face consequences also.  He made the decision to drink and drive and because of that we lost an amazing person!  Please help us!
