Trump and his allies are traitors, insurrectionists, and terrorists!

A new doctrine #1: By law, MAKE the prosecution of treason, insurrection, and terrorism take precedence over ALL other laws, policies, judgments and considerations for an individual, regardless of the individual's position or status in government or other considerations. There should be no privileges for enemies of the state! It is WRONG to delay the prosecution of such crimes when the security and very existence of the nation is at stake! 

New doctrine #2: By law, declare that anyone in politics whose rhetoric or personality clearly threatens to undermine or destroy the Constitution or overthrow the government has committed treason. Likewise, declare that any doctrine, policy, or organization that presents those same dangers from inside the country is also treasonous.

Treason, insurrection and terrorism are direct, immediate threats to the people and the nation, and Trump has committed all three crimes, each at least once, in my opinion. Based on the United States Constitution, no person convicted of treason shall hold a government position. The Founding Fathers would be rolling in their graves for this atrocity.

 

 

 

 

New doctrine #3: When anyone commits a crime and has access to significant amounts of money (or equivalent resources), their sentence should always include a mandatory jail sentence (in addition to other penalties), since financial penalties don't serve as a deterrent or penalty for that person.
This especially applies to politicians and people in government—they should have no leniency or immunity to avoid jail. No exceptions! Everyone needs to be held accountable for their own misdeeds, and feel the consequences.

Trump will outlaw change.org and other petition forums if he's sworn in again. He will curtail or outlaw online privacy, free speech (& media), protests, and guns. Why?—that’s what authoritarians like Trump do, because critics and guns will be threats to his regime. (There will be no way to know that a MAGA citizen is truly loyal enough to possess weapons.) Trump is extremely sensitive to any criticism because of his dangerous personality disorder.

We are also demanding that defamation and false witnessing be outlawed. Every person has the human right to preserve the property of their good name and reputation, and defamation defrauds the innocent victim of those things. Here's how to enforce it: upon request, a person making a questionable allegation must provide hard evidence to support their claim, or be jailed (and fined) for making that false allegation that hurt another person.

Violence, racism and other prejudices usually stem from false accusations. To reduce crime, violence, and prejudices, we must make false rhetoric a crime.

In addition, we call for the strict outlawing of defamation and hate speech. We believe that these harmful phenomena fuel social divides and are catalysts for violence and crime within our society. According to statistics from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), hate crimes in the US have been rising for consecutive years, demonstrating the urgent need for this law.

We must not let falsehoods and hate speech go unchecked, particularly when propagated by individuals in power. The potential harm incurred by such actions can not only veer us off the path of truth but also gravely harm lives.

We must label and outlaw the following as terrorists or terrorist organizations: Ku Klux Klan, Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, leaders in MAGA, the Heritage Foundation, Donald Trump, JD Vance, Elon Musk, and Lara Loomer, and others. Turning Point USA I would label as a radicalization group for terrorism and treason. 
I mention Trump, Vance, Musk and Loomer as terrorists, especially because they knowingly promoted violent, false claims that Haitians in Springfield, OH, were stealing and eating pets; and they continued to promote these racist lies even after they knew about the violence and dozens of bomb threats that they had instigated toward the Haitians.

We must label and outlaw the following as traitors or treason organizations: the Heritage Foundation (including their Project 2025), MAGA leadership, certain members of the Supreme Court and Congress, Donald Trump, JD Vance, Elon Musk, Judge Aileen Cannon, certain attorneys of Trump and his allies, and the people who conspired to install corrupt Supreme Court justices. Trump not only caused the Jan 6th insurrection, but he has also repeatedly colluded with foreign enemies, has falsely called Americans enemies of the state, and has threatened to disregard the Constitution.

There are VOLUMINOUS amounts of evidence to convict Trump for treason.

We also cannot allow people to make false allegations about the government (e.g., "rigged" or "stolen" elections, "weaponization" of the government or the court system). They must provide hard evidence for their allegations, or be jailed. We cannot allow people to undermine confidence in the government by misleading others into believing bogus conspiracies. Such rhetoric wrongly endangers law enforcement and other people in government. We also need attorneys, politicians and other people in government to be prosecuted when they make false allegations, because lies create unwarranted division, hatred, and violence, including to those very people who make false allegations.

For years, Trump (and his allies) has attacked all the media as "fake news," and he has repeatedly threatened to take away broadcast licenses for frivolous reasons, which is a threat to their First Amendment rights. Major newspapers and media networks should SPEAK OUT to the public about Trump's dangerous character and his threats and should sue Trump for extortion for threatening to remove their First Amendment Right to free speech.

NOTHING — no pardons, laws, declarations or regulations from President Biden, Congress, the Supreme Court, nor anyone else — will stop Trump from doing whatever he wants in his second administration! Trump WILL go after all of his critics, anyone he doesn't like, and anyone at any level of government who doesn't comply with his wishes. I believe he will fire, imprison, and/or “try” people for treason, and then execute them; and he will falsely claim that the person is a traitor to the nation and that he (Trump) had “no choice” but to quickly prosecute enemies of the state, exactly as he is saying RIGHT NOW about prosecuting his political enemies.

Trump's pathological malignant narcissistic personality disorder is extremely dangerous. Anyone who believes that Trump can be reined in (or "used" for their own personal agenda) doesn't truly understand malignant narcissistic personality disorder and has disregarded the advice of professional psychiatrists and psychologists.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don’t believe for a nanosecond that Trump will be stopped by any of Biden’s attempts to protect democracy or constrain Trump’s power. Trump has ZERO regard for laws. Trump will never relinquish the presidency, because he not only wants to stay out of prison, but he also wants to leave a legacy of his power.

"We are in the process of the second American Revolution, which will remain bloodless, if the left allows it to be."
Those words from Kevin Roberts are words of treason.

Project 2025 was designed to be long term and permanent, installing only loyalists in the government. Those loyalists and the media will use propaganda to adjust public sentiment — just as they already have done — and those loyalist will be able to virtually guarantee all votes in their favor (assuming voting still exists).

AI will likely be used to detect and expose suspicious behavior in government employees. AI will also be used to find and shore up governmental vulnerabilities. President Musk-Trump won't need loyal people for things that AI can do. AI will be able to fly fighter jets and attack  any city in the nation without hesitation if Trump decides the city is rebellious against him. Several governors are quite concerned about unethical orders and threats that Trump is posing. He is a tyrant, exactly what the signers of the Declaration of Independence were complaining about.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lies and false witnessing destroys nations. A nation divided against itself shall not stand. 

Trump only has to allege that some group is doing something bad (think "Haitians in Springfield are eating pets"), and suddenly they are all "enemies of the state" who he can now deport or arrest. He would do the same thing to Blacks or Mexicans.

Trump can merely allege anything about a person or group that he doesn't like, and he suddenly has the "right" and "obligation" to whatever he wants to them.

Trump would do this to Democrats, too, and he would have the support of the extremist MAGA Republicans to carry out his wishes. My impression is that they intend to destroy (exterminate) all Democrats. They HATE Democrats! In their view, Democrats are the scourge of the nation and have supposedly destroyed America.
