Prosecute Judge Jessica Recksiedler under 18 USC 242 for Undeterred Use of Perjury

Prosecute Judge Jessica Recksiedler under 18 USC 242 for Undeterred Use of Perjury
The Issue
In the Mandi May Jackson trial and in numerous other trials, Seminole County Florida Judge Jessica Recksiedler exceeded her authority by knowingly allowing the presentation of likely perjury in a way designed to mislead the jury under color of law. Judge Recksiedler allowed the use of jailhouse witnesses whom Judge Recksiedler appeared to know were likely lying, even though Judge Recksiedler knew the process which produced those witnesses had rewards and no deterrence for perjury. Judge Recksiedler further allowed the State to mislead the jury that there is punishment and deterrent for such perjury - over the objections of defense - when Recksiedler knows that such perjurers are never charged even when they are caught and convictions are overturned. DEMAND THE US DOJ PROSECUTE JUDGE RECKSIEDLER UNDER 18 USC 242 FOR KNOWINGLY VIOLATING THE 14TH AMENDMENT UNDER COLOR OF LAW.
