Anthony Blinken violated US law twice by recommending US arms shipments to Israel, despite being informed that Israel was deliberately blocking US humanitarian aide shipments into Gaza. Blinken was first informed by Natanyahu personally in October 2023 that no aide for sustaining life, such as food, water, or medical supplies would be allowed into Gaza, US or otherwise (see Atlantic article link). Blinken was again advised by the U.S. Agency for International Development as well as USAID (the top US agencies for monitoring humanitarian aide) in a detailed 17 page memo in April 2024, that Israel was deliberately blocking US humanitarian aide as well as attacking aide workers within Gaza in order to facilitate mass starvation (see propublica link). In response to both of these instances, Anthony Blinken was required by US law to initiate NSM-20, which prohibits supplying weapons or aide to countries actively blocking US humanitarian aide. 

Famine now exists in Gaza and USAID has called the situation “one of the worst humanitarian catastrophes in the world.”

Israel is currently exterminating all that remains of Palestine in Gaza and the illegally occupied West Bank with the support of the US. Israel is also illegally attacking (with primarily US weapons, tanks, and jets) or has recently attacked Iran, Yemen, Syria, and is currently waging a war of collective punishment on Lebanon which has already caused over 1,000 civilian deaths in 2 weeks. 

Show Blinken and the Biden/Harris administration that breaking US law, war crimes, and crimes against humanity will be prosecuted. Prosecute Anthony Blinken.
