Mayor Dean Murdock has been quoted in this article that...“The feedback has been pretty clear — some of this is probably too much in terms of density and the potential for change in neighborhoods.”

As with our development, this really highlights the “shock and awe” approach of delivering additional housing in an extremely alarming way to the local residents. Again, it is our understanding that NO CONSULTATION needs to be provided as long as Aragon meets its requirements as stated in the January 23rd update.

I am hopeful that OUR proposed OVER DEVELOPMENT gets some very needed communication and consultation as well, and as recommended in the Quadra – McKenzie proposed development. 

To the residents in and around the Quadra and McKenzie neighborhoods, good for you!
