Proposal to Revoke the Title "Silverback" from CEO Adam Aron on Twitter

Proposal to Revoke the Title "Silverback" from CEO Adam Aron on Twitter
The Issue
Introduction:
AMC Entertainment Holdings is a company that values transparency, integrity, and the trust of its shareholders. The title "Silverback" has been affectionately used to refer to our CEO, Adam Aron, symbolizing leadership, strength, and guidance. However, recent actions and communications from Mr. Aron have raised concerns among shareholders about the appropriateness of this title.
Background:
Over the past months, shareholders have observed a pattern where positive news about AMC is often followed by press releases, tweets and SEC filings from Mr. Aron that can only be perceived as negative or counterproductive to the company's stock price.
This has led to speculation and concern that these communications and actions may be aiding short sellers and adversely affecting the stock's value.
Concerns:
Shareholder trust is the foundation of any successful company, and the perceived inconsistency in messaging from our CEO has eroded this trust not to mention our stock's price. The stock price of AMC has experienced unnecessary volatility, which are directly attributed to the negative actions of Mr. Aron.
Proposal:
The title "Silverback" carries with it a responsibility to act in the best interests of the company and its shareholders. Actions that appear contrary to this responsibility tarnish the reputation of both the title of "Silverback" and AMC Theaters'.
Therefore, we demand that Mr. Adam Aron voluntarily relinquish the title "Silverback" on Twitter and any other public platforms. That he no longer allowed to address the press from the stand point of fighting for retail investors. And, that necessary steps be taken to remove CEO Adam Aron from his position of leadership in AMC!
Demands:
That CEO Aron remove the phrase "Proud to be "The Silverback." CEO of @AMCTheatres. His actions have proved he is not a true leader of this company and should not be able to promote himself as the "Leader" of retail investors.
2. That the Board of AMC Holdings set up a committee to investigate CEO Aron's latest action to dilute our company's stock and crashing its value on the NYSE to determine rather malfeasance was committed.
3. Because of CEO Aron's adamant stance that AMC is going bankrupt and that AMC Theaters would go bankrupt without further dilution, it is demanded that CEO Aron claw back any bonuses or vestments to the company to help "strengthen" its balance sheet.
