We, residents of Hertford, request the establishment of a paddle court within Hartham Park, where the current tennis court stands that belongs to the gym. Paddle tennis, a sport growing in popularity worldwide, has immense potential to enhance the recreational opportunities available to our community. We believe that repurposing the underutilised tennis court at Hartham Park for a paddle court will bring numerous benefits to our residents and the town as a whole.
