Proposal for Year 12 Common Room 2026
Proposal for Year 12 Common Room 2026
The issue
DO NOT PAY TO PROMOTE. THERE IS NO NEED!!!
Providing year 12 students with a common room in our school premises can vastly improve their educational experience, creating a conducive environment for both relaxation and collaboration. This petition seeks to advocate for the establishment of a dedicated common room for our senior students, equipped with basic appliances such as a kettle, microwave, and fridge.
The integration of a common room into our school facilities will provide our students with a much-needed space to unwind between their demanding schedule. A common room serves not only as a physical space for relaxation but as a hub for fostering social interaction, collaboration, and a sense of community among students in their final year of secondary education. By providing this space, we enable students to manage their stresses more effectively, leading to improved mental health and overall well-being.
The introduction of simple appliances will enhance the utility of the common room, allowing students to prepare snacks and beverages, contributing to a more comfortable and convenient school life. Moreover, students, along with their dedicated faculty, will ensure the space is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and respect, creating an environment that is both inviting and orderly.
In supporting this initiative, we drive not only improvements in student welfare but also empower our students to take responsibility for shared spaces, instilling a sense of respect and community.
We urge the administration to consider the numerous benefits that a common room can bring and take proactive steps to allocate a suitable space for this purpose. Your support and signature can make a difference in our school and provide year 12 students with the facilities they deserve. Please sign this petition to help bring this vision to life for our students.
