Additionally, we will provide essential amenities to enhance the overall experience for our patrons.

Separate locker rooms for men and women.
Lockers for players to store personal belongings securely.
Shower facilities for post-game refreshment. - Restrooms
Men’s and women’s restrooms conveniently located near the courts.
Clean and well-maintained facilities. - Dining Area
A spacious dining area where players can relax, socialize, and refuel.
Café-style seating with tables and chairs.

Additional Features - Pro Shop
A small pro shop offering pickleball equipment, apparel, and accessories.
Rackets, balls, shoes, and other essentials available for purchase. - Viewing Gallery

Comfortable seating with a clear view of the courts. - Event Space
A versatile event space for hosting tournaments, workshops, and social gatherings.

A section of the facility will accommodate physical therapists, massage therapists along with other holistic therapies in sports medicine. - Benefits of an Indoor Facility
Year-round play: Shielded from weather conditions, our facility ensures uninterrupted play regardless of rain, snow, or extreme heat.
Community hub: A place for pickleball enthusiasts to connect, learn, and enjoy the sport.
Tournament-ready: 8 courts will be used to host local and regional tournaments, attracting players from all over.
Budget and Timeline
We estimate the project cost at $2 million, including construction, amenities, and equipment.
Construction is expected to begin in 2025 and be completed by 2027.
